Structured both as a catalogue of the Pompidou retrospective of empty exhibitions (Yves Klein, Robert Barry, Art & Language, Michael Asher, Stanley Brouwn, Laurie Parsons, Bethan Huws, Robert Irwin, Maria Eichhorn, Roman Ondák, and Emilio Prini) and an anthology of texts, this book also includes contributions by artists such as Peter Downsbrough, Lawrence Weiner, Sherrie Levine, Seth Price, Trisha Donnelly, Wade Guyton, Olivier Mosset, among others.
