Transitory objects

This catalogue documents and interprets the question: what happens when architectural objects, usually in the form of architectural models, are presented in an exhibition alongside works of art? Does art become a fi xture, a piece of furnishing? Do architec ture and design objects become works of art? Various authors discuss this theme, illustrated by the coming together of architecture models and minimalist room installations by Fred Sandback and design objects with works by Dan Flavin.
