Cultural policy

Aesthetically, culture operates globally as a signifier of differences and similarities in taste and status within social groups. Anthropologically, culture refers to how we live our lives, often between social groups or populations. The authors seek to articulate knowledge with progressive social change, with social movements as primary "loci" of power, authorization, and responsability.
