Every three years, New York´s International Center of Photography (ICP) presents a global survey of the most exciting and challenging new work in photography and video. Opening in September 2009, the Third ICP Triennial will take place within a year-long cycle of ICP exhibitions that critically examine fashion and its relation to contemporary art and other cultural phenomena. Through the lens of fashion, the Triennial will look at the proliferation of photo- and videobased work exploring the current uses of style, image, and self-presentation.
