War Is Only Half the Story presents images by Jim Goldberg and Wolf Böwig, the winners of the Aftermath Project’s first annual grant competition, open to working photographers worldwide who cover the aftermath of conflict. The imagery in this volume represents some of today’s finest, most challenging documentary work, and the diverse approaches to the genre.
