This book richly illustrates the work of Chema Alvargonzalez, Spanish artist of international acclaim who interprets, using different media (photography, videos, installations), urban landscapes and architectonic elements, focusing on their symbolic and poetic content in relation to the social-cultural context. This is the first monograph in Italy of the young Spanish artist who has made a name for herself on the international art scene. The volume documents the artist’s most recent work, including a series of evocative photographs taken in Milan.
