Sobre Denis Johnson
Denis Johnson va néixer a Munic en 1949. Després d´una infància a Tòquio, Manila i Washington, va estudiar filologia anglesa en la Universitat de Iowa i va obtenir un màster del Iowa Writers’ Workshop, on va ser alumne de Raymond Carver i on impartiria classes anys després. Va començar la seva carrera com a poeta —gènere en el qual va collir diversos guardons— publicant el seu primer poemari, "The Man Among the Seals" (1969), als dinou anys.
