Sobre William Faulkner

William Faulkner va néixer a New Albany, Mississipí, el 25 de setembre de 1897. Va publicar el primer recull de poemes, "The Marble Faun" («El faune de marbre»), l’any 1924 i, al cap de dos anys, la seva primera novel·la, "Soldier’s Pay" («La paga del soldat»).
