Sobre Mary Oliver
Mary Oliver (1935-2019). Va néixer en 1935 Maple Heights, Ohio, en el si d´una família disfuncional. Per aquesta raó, des de molt aviat l´escriptura, la lectura i les escapades als boscos pròxims es van convertir en primerenques eines de fugida o defensa. Va estudiar en la Universitat Estatal d´Ohio i en el Vassar College, encara que no va arribar a obtenir cap títol ni va tenir major interès en això.
