"Potteries Thinkbelt" was Price´s plan to create an innovative high-tech educational facility in the North Staffordshire Potterires, which would´ve rivalled the contemporary new universities. The project featured moveable classrooms and was accepted for consideration by the government, although nothing ever came of it.
